• Usage information: weekly checklist activity and scores you enter within the app
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

We do not require or collect information about your partner. YEW is designed as a single-user app; your partner never creates an account or is contacted by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Service, including sending daily/weekly reminders via the channel you select
• Process your subscription and billing through Stripe
• Send you service-related communications (billing issues, account changes, support responses)
• Improve and maintain the Service

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from YEW:

• Message frequency varies based on your selected plan (e.g., daily reminders).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include your wireless carrier or service providers who assist us in delivering messages (e.g., our SMS platform provider), who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.

• Carriers (including T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate YEW (e.g., Stripe for billing, our SMS/email delivery providers), solely to perform services on our behalf
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights

We do not share your data for third-party marketing or advertising purposes.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
• You may opt out of email reminders via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@yew.app.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

YEW is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
